DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Main Street Marketing LLC ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content hosted through our services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent, including:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identification, the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction in the applicable federal court. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files legal action.

Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
